Today, we're cheering on our membership by celebrating our fantastic women physicians within the OrthoForum and OrthoConnect. These women not only provide exceptional MSK care to their patients, but also bring so much more to the table like leadership, mentorship, strategy, communication, and teamwork.
Meagan McCarthy, MD, with Reno Orthopedic Center talks here about her experiences surrounding herself with female surgeons/directors who have fostered her career in exponential ways. Because of her experience, she makes it her mission to foster her patients in those same ways.
